With a little time and very few ingredients, you too, can prepare your very own sauce with the help of Tuttorosso! Begin by heating 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. When hot, add 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 large onion finely chopped, 1 medium carrot grated, and 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Sauté until aromatic and tender, but do not brown. Stir in one 28oz can of Tuttorosso Crushed Tomatoes with Basil. Using a strainer, add the juice from one 28oz can of Tuttorosso Whole Peeled Plum Shaped Tomatoes.
