Harvesting Tomato Seeds (3 of 5)

After leaving the seeds to sit for a few days, a mold will form. That indicates the time to rinse all mold and pulp away from the seeds and set them to dry before storage. A tight weave strainer comes in handy, as well as a tray, dish or cookie sheet to set them on (depending on how many you have).
