Tomato Sauce with Kitchen Aid Strainer attachment

This is our 3rd year doing tomato sauce from scratch. i love Pastene but there is nothing like sauce from tomatoes. the problem is separating the seeds and skin. we did the skin by hand with a food strainer for the seeds and both sides of that process are extremely labor intensive. this is the best way so far. A bushel should yield 10 quarts.
