Afghani seek kabob,this is old video, half kg ground beef with fat 2 tb tomato past 1 chopt onion 1 tb garlic 1 tb ginger 1 lime juice 5 to 6 hot green chilli mint 2 tb black papper powdre half ts turmiric 1 ts cumin seeds powder salt to tast greencoriander 2 tab white flour r basan, if you want add 2 eggs white, Wash minced meat and put it in a strainer. Gently press to squeeze out all the water.Add all the ingredients and mix with masin r hand blender , Keep it aside for about an hour, Hold a skewer in the other hand and spear the ground keema on the skewer.Heat the oil in a non-stick pan to shallow fry the kebab, Seekh kabab is ready to eat. Serve it, advice if you dont have flour you can add the bread crumbs in a mixer
