Tomato Alfredo...

Okay, so I had a few *sips* before making this vid, or whillle making this vid I should say lol.... But trust... The Alfredo is delicious - And if you would like to try it out, here is the recipe! So here is the Tomato Alfredo Recipe - Sould anyone care for it :) What You Need: Frying Pan Larger Pot for Noodles Medium Pot for Sauce 1 Medium Onion 1 Can Whole Tomatoes 1/2 tub Cream Cheese 1 box Spaghettini Noodles Olive Oil Butter or Margarine Garlic Powder Salt/Pepper *My recipe make enough for 3-4 people (depending on how much you eat lol). I would suggest adding a little more for a full 4 portion dinner. Step 1: Drain whole tomatoes in strainer. Take about 1/2 the can (approx 6-7), slice tomatoes in half and put on a plate. Dice Onion Step 2: In your frying pan, put approx 2tbsp olive oil in and coat the oil in the garlic powder (about 3tsp) Step 3: Add onions to olive oil, and sautee for about 5-6 mins - I added a little less than half a cup of water into the mixture so it wouldn't be sticky. I also add in about 1 tbsp of I can't believe it's not Butter. (Remember: Oil for cooking, butter for flavor!) Add in your tomatoes, and let simmer for approx 1-2 mins. Remove from heat. Step 4: In larger pot, have your water (and salt) ready for noodles. Start the boiling process. Step 5: Once you see your water has *almost* started to boil, it is time to start the alfredo sauce.
